Free vegetable and herb plants for your garden! Transition Cornwall+ Food Action Group volunteers will be giving away locally grown garden plants to our Cornwall area gardeners — we want to support you by supplying you with strong, healthy vegetable and herb plants which have been proven to grow well in our local climate conditions.
