Wednesday, January 17, 7:00 Science and Nature on Tap, Schnitzel’s European Flavors  David Miller is the Executive Director of the Algonquin to Adirondacks Collaborative (A2A). A2A is a network that envisions an Algonquin to Adirondacks region that is a resilient, ecologically connected landscape that can sustain a full range of native wildlife and enhances people’s quality of life. One of their landmark projects is the establishment of the A2A trail- a pilgrimage for nature that crosses an international border to connect two iconic parks. The idea of linking Algonquin Provincial Park and Adirondack Park ecologically across the Frontenac Arch has been an ongoing plan since the early 1900’s when conservationists first envisioned a connected and sustainable series of ecosystems anchored by the two great parks. David will speak on the ongoing network of A2A and their plans to grow the Algonquin to Adirondack Corridor. For more information or to reserve a spot for this session contact:
