A Gem in Cornwall’s Restaurant Scene Cornwall has a new restaurant called “The Ruby”! The owners, The Chens have restaurant experience in Hong Kong, China and Toronto, and are pleased to be learning more and more about our Canadian culture and the English language. New Fruit Forest Planted on Mohawk Drive The Agapè Centre has planted 100 new dwarf apple and pear trees on the property of Fountaingate Christian Assembly, as well as 100 seedless grape vines. The first fruit harvest is expected in 2015. The Agapè Centre wants to get more fresh, local and organically grown produce onto the tables of individuals and families, living on low incomes. Tree expert Ken Taylor will be guiding the Agapè Centre, as he shares his tree collection with the local food bank and soup kitchen. For more on the topic: Fruit Trees
