Finding Personal Resilience Together

February 19, 2013 at 1:34 am 1 comment

What does the quality of inner resilience look like?  How do we get there, and what stages can we expect to go through to find it? Where can we find the help we need to foster resilience in the face of challenging times? How do we stay strong so that we can help others thrive?

Transition Cornwall + is inviting everyone to join in a discussion of these and similar questions, on Sunday, February 24th, at 1 pm at the Cornwall Public Library.   For those who wish think about our discussion ahead of time, the following article on the Resilience.org website, has much food for thought:

Mutually assured well being: The continuity of community and individual resilience.

We hope you share your thoughts with us .
